Todd Rice is a lifelong resident of Pryor, Oklahoma, and he understands the values and priorities of House District 8 because he’s lived them his entire life.
Todd and his wife, Amanda, are raising their two daughters, Addison and Brooklyn, in the same community they’ve always called home. Their family is actively involved in their local church, and their roots in Pryor run deep—giving Todd a genuine, personal investment in the future of our home.
Following his time at the University of Tulsa, Todd launched his career in the building materials industry, and his professional life reflects his commitment to hard work, job creation, and economic growth in Oklahoma.
Throughout his life, Todd has seen firsthand the challenges facing small businesses, contractors, and working families. He understands how regulations, taxes, and economic policy impact real people—and he believes Oklahoma needs leadership that supports business growth rather than standing in its way.
Grounded in strong conservative values, Todd believes in limited government, personal responsibility, and protecting the freedoms that define Oklahoma communities. He is running to bring dependable, consistent leadership to House District 8—leadership rooted in faith, family, and a lifelong commitment to the people he represents.
